Salisbury City Council: Case Study

The new city council website was launched in the later part of 2009. We designed and built the site in consultation with the council in order to ensure that we met their functional requirements and delivered the message and style that the council were keen to maintain.

First and foremost the site needed to be accessible and easy for all visitors to navigate around. The site also needed to be easy and efficient to maintain and finally it had to look fresh and contemporary while staying true to the traditions and values of an historic city.

The site is constantly being updated, providing the public with information on upcoming events, council meetings, local amenities and much more. The site had to accommodate a large amount of information while remaining uncluttered.
