Corporate Web Portal

We were commissioned by Simplyhealth to produce a Web Portal for corporate customers and respective employees. The platform was required to be flexible and easy to maintain allowing current and future plans to be featured. We built a custom component for Joomla in order to display product data in a tabulated form. A particular requirement in this project was to allow customization and product adjustments at corporate customer level.

As a secondary project we later enhanced the platform to facilitate backend integration with their existing back office system.

The main challenges we overcame in this project were:

To ensure that the “Path to Purchase” was consistent with the lead site
To ensure that the backend data entry was intuitive and comprehensive
To ensure that the customer facing data was presented consistently regardless of content
To facilitate dual branding for corporate customer accounts

We continue to work closely with our client on this project to support the platform and provide enhancements where requested.
