Inform Express for Allotment Management, an easy to use and very effective database application in Blue Frontier’s range of back office solutions. Based on our Express Service Management application it is designed to help Councils serve their communities with an effective and versatile tool.

    You can record and maintain your citizen, councillor, tenant, supplier & user contacts and qualify their details to categorise their needs & services.
  • Drag & Drop
    You can simply drag & drop any electronic correspondence, to include emails & scanned documents to the system and let it do the work of contact association and saving the files to a central repository automatically.
  • Target Audience
    Build custom selections of contacts to include in email or mailshot runs, manage waiting lists and track follow-up dates.
  • Email Newsletter & Notices
    As well as sending plain text emails for urgent notices you can distribute your information newsletters and graphical literature in the form of personalised HTML emails. You can create your own emails, adapt existing templates or we can even help you with your newsletter design.
  • Data Import
    If you would like us to integrate with existing data systems or you have an existing list of contacts, tenants or sites, perhaps a number of spreadsheets, then we have the expertise to import details to quickly get you up and running.
  • Alerts & Filtering
    The application can be configured to highlight records, invoke popups, email or even publish RSS feeds based on any information you hold in the database, e.g. critical tasks, notices served, pending deadlines.
