You can simply drag & drop any electronic correspondence, to include emails & scanned documents to the system and let it do the work of contact association and saving the files to a central repository automatically
- One Step Further... Project Management
For those that make use of Microsoft Project, we can configure the system to allow the drag & drop of your ‘mpp’ files to automatically populate the diary, build your project lifecycle and highlight & alert upon key dates & milestones.
- Time & Fees
With comprehensive time management & credit control, you can manage your client-related projects & services, with the ability to review your costs against budgets at any point in time. Billing is also made easier to allow the invoicing of WIP in the form of ongoing contracts, jobs, projects, unallocated time and orders.

Build custom selections of any contact record to include in email or mailshot runs, manage unsubscribed contacts and track all communications and follow-up dates.
- HTML Newsletter
As well as sending plain text emails you can distribute your business newsletters and graphical literature in the form of personalised HTML emails. For a small fee we can even help you with your newsletter templates.
- Mail Merge
If your contacts don’t have email you can always generate letter mailshots with our Microsoft Word mail merge integration. We use this facility to publish project proposals and personalise our terms of engagement.
- Data Import
If you have an existing system of contact information we can import the details to quickly get you up and running for a small charge.
- Alerts & Filtering
The application can be configured to highlight records, invoke popups, email or even publish RSS feeds based on any information you hold in the database, e.g. critical projects, Top 10 offers, pending actions.
- Management Reports
Our applications are provided with standard reports, but we can tailor report packs to individual business needs from day one or further down the line, to assist with Key Performance Indicators or Business Profitability Reporting.
