• Online Register
  A secure web-based facility that allows parents and guardians to maintain their own contact details and related information... so there is no need to add to your administration time collating parent contact information, risking mis-typed details or continually updating changes.
• Record & Categorise
  Record communications and correspondence against your parental contacts and categorise their communication needs in terms of related pupils, their classes, year group, clubs etc.
• Target Audience
  Build custom selections of prospects to include in email or mailshot runs, manage unsubscribed contacts and track follow-up dates.
• Email Newsletter & Notices
  As well as sending plain text emails for urgent notices you can distribute your school newsletters and graphical literature in the form of personalised HTML emails. You can create your own emails, adapt an existing template or we can even help you with your newsletter design.
• Mail Merge
  If your parental contacts don’t have an email address or you just want to send a hard copy notice home with the pupils you can always generate letter mailshots with our Microsoft Word mail merge integration.
• Data Import
  If you have an existing list of contacts or you would like us to integrate with existing data systems, such as SIMS then we have the expertise to import details to quickly get you up and running.
