We have identified that the most important factor of a successful project is a clear understanding of our client’s exact requirements. Therefore, we will always ensure that we have the greatest understanding possible of your requirements before development begins.

Once your requirements have been gathered, we will choose and present the best solution, encouraging input from our client at every step.

An analysis can then be conducted to decide whether to use the “waterfall” or “Rapid Application Development” software development methodologies, depending on our client’s circumstances.

• First, the solution will be developed on our local server which has no contact with the outside world.
• The site will then undergo some basic testing and when it is ready, will be placed on our demo server. Here the solution will be available to our client to demo and test. This area is secured with a password to restrict unauthorised access.
• We will only put a solution live once the client has fully tested the site and gives full approval to go live.
• A full development cycle is used to ensure full testing can be conducted and bugs are identified and illuminated.
