ISO 9001 Requirements

The ISO 9001 requirements provide a set of elements to guide businesses in the implementation of a Quality Management System, five of which are mandatory.

  • A Quality Management System (QMS) - Blue Frontier has established, documented, and implemented a QMS and maintains its effectiveness.
  • Management Responsibility - The Blue Frontier management team are committed to implementing and maintaining an effective QMS that focuses on our customers. We ensure customer requirements are determined at the development stage, products are delivered on time and that we obtain customer feedback.
  • Resource Management - Our team is competent and fully qualified to deliver products. We have the appropriate skills and experience in house to assure clients that our capable and dedicated team can meet your requirements.
  • Product Realisation - Initially we determine the quality objectives and product requirements. We then supply the processes, documents and resources specific to the product, and then the validation, monitoring, measurement, and inspection of the products. As part of meeting the ISO 9001 requirements, we also document the entire product realisation process.
  • Measurement, Analysis and Improvement - Blue Frontier implements the monitoring, measurement, and improvement processes needed to demonstrate the conformity of products manufactured and released. We accomplish this by monitoring key metrics on an ongoing basis.
