Melissa joined the Blue Frontier family in 2020. As our accounts and office coordinator, she is responsible for a variety of duties, including invoicing clients, assisting in ISO consultancy work, running our environmental management system and ensuring our staff are well taken care of.
Prior to joining our accounts and admin team, Melissa managed a retail store and assisted a waste company with their accounts and administration. Her exceptional organisational and people skills help her manage our customers’ invoices and maintain our facilities to a high standard.
Melissa is an efficient and motivated worker who is always happy to help and makes sure our procedures are effective and ISO compliant.
What are your favourite things about Blue Frontier?
My favourite thing about working at Blue Frontier is the people! It’s such a welcoming place, which has a community where everyone supports each other. I also really enjoy the fact that I can work in a different industry and have the best opportunities to grow and develop new skills.
What does your Blue Frontier role involve?
My role involves assisting in invoicing clients, facilities management, performing internal and external audits, assisting with ISO standard/data protection consultancy work and running the environmental management system.
What would your dream project be?
I would love to have the opportunity to work with and provide consultancy for a client from the gastronomy or art industry.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
In my free time, I love to cook new dishes, especially from different cultures, as well as draw, play Xbox and travel.
