Seth joined the technical team at Blue Frontier in 2017 as a support technician. Seth is a helpful and approachable individual with a number of years’ experience within technical support, aiding his ability to provide an excellent service at all times.
Seth works with a variety of clients as well as the internal team to manage, fix and install a variety of systems, ensuring security, device health and helping to boost productivity.
With his expertise, qualifications and experience of first-hand client liaison and technical support, Seth is an astounding member of the tech team and is always willing to help.
What are your favourite things about Blue Frontier?
My favourite things about Blue Frontier are the relaxed office culture, the variety of work and projects, along with the open communication between department managers and directors.
What does your Blue Frontier role involve?
My role involves dealing with client technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining client infrastructure, and supporting our internal technical needs.
What would your dream project be?
I would like to manage a team to support our clients' queries and technical infrastructure using Blue Frontier’s own products.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy running, flying power kites, playing card games, cooking weird and wonderful things, and learning more about the IT field.
