The Blue Frontier team looked rather dashing last week when they wore their finest pink garments to raise some money and help support the ongoing fight against Breast Cancer.
Last Friday was the 10th year of this important event; wear it pink encourages people from across the UK to raise awareness and funds, to support the battle against Breast Cancer. When everyone gives a little it adds up to a lot, which can make a significant difference in the research and ongoing efforts to find a cure for this devastating disease.
Breast Cancer affects many lives across the world, with incidence rates projected to rise by 2% in the UK by 2035. Affecting both men and women and their loved ones, it has never been more important to find a cure. All of the money raised for wear it pink funds cutting-edge breast cancer research across the UK, giving those afflicted the best chance of survival.
