Digital Marketing Executive
Sophie started her career in Digital Marketing in 2022 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice and completed her CIM Level 3 at the start of 2024. Since then, she has worked across both small and larger advertising agencies and had the opportunity to work with a range of clients across the B2B, B2C, and Ecommerce sector - from global fertility and geo-technology companies to smaller eco-friendly start-ups.
In Sophie's current role at Blue Frontier, she works closely with clients to enhance their PPC activity and drive growth for their business. Managing all aspects of campaign delivery, from strategic planning and implementation through to performance reporting, she ensures clients get the most out of their investment.
With her friendly and confident approach, Sophie excels in open communication and building strong relationships to fully understand each client’s goals. Her aim is to always ensure she is achieving the best in the work she does, as well as to ensure her clients feel supported and informed at every stage.
Sophie is a friendly, approachable, and proactive individual who enjoys building strong relationships with not only her clients but other team members too. Sophie loves growing in her role by doing her own research, as well as learning from the experience and perspectives of others. Always happy to lend a helping hand to others, she also enjoys getting stuck into other areas of marketing wherever she can.
My favourite thing about working at Blue Frontier is the people! Everyone is incredibly supportive and always willing to help, even if they’re not part of my direct team. The directors take the time to get to know each individual and are always very approachable, which creates a strong sense of community across the wider company.
My role involves utilising paid channels to help drive business growth and deliver strong results for my clients. This means showcasing a business's key products or services to the right people at the right time to encourage them to not only engage but also convert. To do this I use paid tools including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads to create engaging content and target relevant audiences. I work closely with all my clients to build strong relationships so I can fully understand exactly what they want to get out of their marketing and create tailored strategies to not only achieve their goals but exceed them! I always think ‘what’s next?’ in marketing and I’m constantly looking for ways to improve campaigns and stay ahead of the curve.
I love all things beauty and fashion so getting to work with a client in this sector would be a dream! I’d love to be involved in the full marketing journey, from creative elements like photoshoots to hands-on campaign management, so I can truly get under the skin of the brand and play a part in driving its success.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, whether it’s a brunch date, Pilates session, or a night out, I’m always up for something fun! I’m not great at sitting still, so I enjoy being outdoors (preferably with my dog) and keeping busy. I also love exploring new places, and a trip around Australia is definitely on the cards. Being active, somewhere warm, and surrounded by good company sums up what I enjoy most.
