Account Manager

Originally working as a Project Manager in a previous role, Alicia’s career segued into account management after learning she preferred forging and maintaining long-lasting relationships with her clients. Having found her passion as an Account Manager, Alicia joined Blue Frontier in 2024 to continue developing her role within a digital agency environment.

As one of our Account Managers, Alicia is responsible for the day-to-day management of a wide range of clients, helping them ascertain their requirements and schedule work with our many departments and disciplines. Alicia primarily assists our contract and support-based clients, helping them to develop and expand their online offerings whether through marketing or web design and development-based tasks.

Alicia’s natural determination to continually strive for quality and efficiency means she is instrumental in helping us deliver support to our clients in a timely and cost-efficient fashion, ensuring they get the best ROI out of their support contracts.
