In the lead up to Friday the 24th of September, the Blue Frontier team fired up their ovens once again for the Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Across the three offices, our talented bakers brought in many culinary delights for display and tasting!
Our office in Salisbury had an enjoyable coffee morning with many exciting activities, including guess the number of sweets in the jar! Their coffee morning featured many treats, including a stunning gluten-free and dairy-free carrot cake. Overall, they raised £146.30!
Charlotte and Rebecca organised a very relaxed tea party-style coffee morning in the Southampton office, with a wide selection of cakes and bakes with plenty to go around! There were cupcakes, brownies, a fantastic lemon drizzle, a chocolate marble Bundt cake, a caterpillar cake and Teneal's famous milk tart!
There was no shortage of delicious treats for the Southampton team, and together they raised £105 for the charity!
Natasa organised a very successful bake sale in their shared office space in Bristol with her incredible balloon arches! Their bake sale was a great success and they raised a whopping £409.35!
We think it was Natasa's Hungarian cocoa rolls that did the trick!
The entire team put in a huge amount of effort into fundraising and were delighted with their baking successes. With an extra donation from Blue Frontier, we are happy to announce the grand total of £999 for Macmillan!
Thank you to everyone at Blue Frontier who got baking and brought in cakes and bakes. We couldn't have done it without you! Of course, we also extend a huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped us raise the money for a very worthy cause, Macmillan Cancer Support.
We cannot wait for next year's Coffee Morning and hope for it to be even better than the last!
