Pimlico Plumbers approached Blue Frontier looking to design and develop a new website that would reflect the start of a new age at Pimlico Plumbers and incorporate the aesthetic of their parent company, Neighbourly UK.
With their growing range of home improvement and maintenance services catering for both the commercial and domestic markets in central and suburban London, Pimlico Plumbers was looking for a digital agency that could provide ongoing holistic marketing to help boost their reach and reputation.
Other key objectives for the rebirth of Pimlico Plumbers' brand included increasing brand collateral by way of professional Graphic Design and Digital Marketing services to support them in their goal to reach new customers and generate more qualified leads.

Designing and developing a new digital presence
Working closely with Pimlico Plumbers stakeholders, our Web Design team incorporated the heritage of the existing Pimlico Plumbers brand whilst aligning it to parent brand Neighbourly UK’s overarching brand aesthetic. During both the wireframe and high-fidelity mock-up phase careful consideration was taken to incorporate SEO and sales psychology to help drive increased leads and sales whilst making it easy for users to explore the growing number of services Pimlico Plumbers was now able to offer.
Once the design phase was complete, our Web Development team began developing the new website using modern coding languages and WordPress CMS to form the base of the website’s backend administration and functionality. Having previously outlined key functional components during the wireframe and design phase, our developers were able to make quick progress bringing Pimlico Plumbers’ new website to life. Particular attention was paid to the ease of administration in the backend, which would allow Pimlico Plumbers’ own team of in-house marketers to create new landing pages, forms and media with ease.

Boosting brand reputation and leads through holistic marketing
Whilst our developers and quality assurance testers finished perfecting the website, our digital marketing team worked simultaneously focused on improving the website content for both SEO and increased leads.
To build the brand’s personality to ensure that it was friendly and engaging, our team of copywriters set about rewriting the website’s content to ensure that the technical information was up-to-date, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Collaborating directly with our SEO team, our copywriters further optimised the website’s content with a focus on increasing the website’s rank and position on search engine result pages, traffic to the website, and booking form submissions. Meanwhile, our Paid Marketing and Advertising experts also helped to drive traffic and conversions further by running a series of campaigns designed to entice and intrigue targeted audiences to widen Pimlico Plumbers’ reach.
In addition to our regular Digital Marketing activities, our team also developed high-quality and informative seasonal campaigns to reach new audiences and bolster more seasonally-driven services. These were enhanced by the endeavours of our Graphic Designers who created several visual brand assets to help the brand connect with customers, including a bathroom brochure, an bespoke icon set to be used on print collateral and their website, a mascot, van livery, and report templates.
