The growth that Blue Frontier has seen in the last year has given us plenty to celebrate, from hitting 6 million in turnover, to moving into a larger Bristol office. Having grown more and more across many different sectors, we’ve been able to offer new services, build new departments, and now we have achieved one of our biggest milestones yet - 100 team members!
In the turbulence that the last few years have thrown at businesses across the world, from COVID-19 to economic uncertainties, we are thankful that Blue Frontier has continued to grow. We would like to thank all of our clients, stakeholders, partners and followers for their continuous support. Perhaps more importantly, we would like to thank every single Blue Frontier team member for their dedication and hard work, without which the success of the company would be a very different story.
We feel it’s only fitting that we celebrate this milestone by introducing a few of our newer team members, who have all joined us in the last 18 months since our last headcount update.
Dan joined us back in 2022 as a Digital Marketing Executive. With previous experience and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media, he very quickly became a key member of the digital marketing team.
Currently, Dan works on supporting our clients’ SEO and PPC. He is adept at creating SEO strategies and implements tactics to increase the number of targeted visitors to websites. He also works on optimising and running ad campaigns through Google Ads for our clients.
“The first year has been a blur, albeit a very exciting one! I feel that, thanks to the support network around me, I have learnt so much in what has been a short period of time and would love to compare where I was to where I am now. I can only be thankful for the faith Blue Frontier have put in me since day one.”
Gretchen joined us back in 2022 as our facilities manager with previous experience as an office manager, executive assistant, and personal assistant.
On a daily basis, she helps maintain our office spaces and environments, while also assisting our directors with key functions and sending helpful emails to the entire team regarding any company updates and news.
“Ever since I started working at Blue Frontier back in September, I immediately felt like one of the family. I absolutely love it here. Not only am I doing my facilities role, but I’m also diving into many other avenues: content writing, billing, auditing, account management, and even doing some training in coding (a passion of mine). I am so grateful that the directors and managers trust me enough to put more responsibilities at my fingertips, plus the training they so graciously agreed to have me do. I'm really loving the diversity! I always have something to do, and I never get bored.”
Chloe began working for Blue Frontier as a Social & Content Executive in 2022. After completing her degree in textiles, she previously worked as a social media executive in the fashion industry. Chloe also managed her own biodegradable glitter company, which gave her experience in marketing and sparked her entrepreneurial spirit!
Chloe's current area of expertise is organic social media marketing, and she assists her clients in growing their businesses by developing tailored strategies that complement their objectives and KPIs. She’s most passionate about introducing our clients to the wonderful world of TikTok!
“I really enjoy the company culture at Blue Frontier. I love working amongst talented and passionate colleagues. It's great to work for a company that encourages employee growth and values employee ideas. Currently I work in organic social media management and create strategies tailored to my clients to drive results. I enjoy making short videos as part of my role and spend a lot of time managing clients’ accounts on Instagram.”
Verity joined Blue Frontier in 2022 and started out on the WordPress team as a PHP developer. She has since expanded her horizons and became a Business Development Executive on the Development team. She has already fitted well into her new team and role, striving to assist her clients with her expertise.
“I joined Blue Frontier initially as a PHP Developer and have since been given the opportunity to utilise both my technical and communication skills by joining the Business Development Team where I have been developing new skills. There's always a new challenge to keep you on your toes, and I have discovered a lot about myself in the last year. I look forward to seeing what I learn next.”
Mike joined our Production team in 2022 as a content creator with a degree in Media Culture and Production. He’s trained in industry standards in all forms of media production as well as the culture, history, and psychology behind the use of media and its importance in the modern world.
With an interest in all things content, Mike is skilled in photography, videography, animation, graphic design, music, podcasts, and more. In his role, he focuses on making content that connects our clients’ brands with their target audience and introduces drone videography to get that great shot!
“No two days are the same here, which keeps me on my toes and my brain active. I’m very lucky in my role to be able to get stuck in with many different projects, from training videos to social media graphics, and have felt really valued as a member of all the teams I’ve been involved with, and as a member of Blue Frontier as a whole.”

We would love to go into detail about everybody who has recently joined us, but there has been plenty of work to keep us busy – and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Rebecca joined the Blue Frontier Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive in 2021. With her degree in Creative Writing, Rebecca has experience in many forms of content writing. She is passionate about all things creative, especially writing, graphics, and photography. Rebecca is very passionate about creating content and aspires to help businesses thrive online. She is eager to expand her skills in SEO, Photoshop, and InDesign to help her create engaging and visual content for her projects.
