At Blue Frontier, we know our standards are high but it’s even better to be able to prove it with official certifications!
At the end of April 2019, our accreditation body carried out an annual surveillance audit against our ISO13485 certification, a standard for medical devices, as well a re-certification audit for our quality management system ISO9001 accreditation.
We received “unqualified passes” for both, meaning that there were no faults identified at the time of audit, and as a result, we remain proudly certified to an internationally recognised standard for our work with medical devices as well as being officially acknowledged and accredited for providing a consistent quality of products and services to our customers.
After passing our ISO27001 recertification audit in February 2019, and having since renewed this certification in April 2020 - meaning that Blue Frontier meets the requirements for an Information Security Management System (complementing and extending well beyond the requirements posed by the DPA 2018/GDPR) - we are thrilled to be meeting the standards of such a credible organisation as the ISO.
We strive to continue to meet and surpass the requirements of the ISO, and most importantly, we hope our efforts to attain these accreditations reflect in the quality of our customer service and in all that we do.
We would like to give special thanks to our incredibly skilled and hard-working Technical Director, Marc Whittingham, for all his work towards achieving our accreditations and for maintaining an excellent standard of service and security.
"We are obliged to be externally audited by our accreditation body every year for all of our ISO standards. Passing these audits reiterates our commitment to maintaining quality, information security and environmental management standards within the business, and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Blue Frontier"- Marc Whittingham
