Throughout the year we run charity fundraisers, like Macmillan Coffee Morning. It happens every year on the 30th September and we had all our offices participate.
There was a splendid assortment of cakes and bakes in our Salisbury office. We had brownies, chocolate cupcakes, vegan truffles and many more. The team really came through on goodies, as well as contributions.
The mouth-watering bakes brought into Southampton floored the team. It was a beautiful array of cupcakes, muffins and pastries. Delicious and easily consumed, everyone in the office fully enjoyed each bite all while raising funds.
Our team in Bristol loved their cakes, cookies and brownies. It was the perfect combination of delectable, quality baked goods mixed with contributing to a good cause. The day was filled with warm hearts, full bellies and happy vibes.
We had several competitions throughout the day. Each office participated in their own “Find Colin the Caterpillar” scavenger hunt, “Guess the Number of Sweets in the Jar” and a classic “Bake-Off”. All three offices participated together in a round of Bingo over a video call, which was delightfully entertaining.
By the end of the day, Blue Frontier raised £550 that went straight to Macmillan Cancer Support! With that, we would like to thank everyone who contributed their time and money to this event. It would not be possible without you!
We are already looking forward to this event next year! At Blue Frontier, it is important to keep traditions like this alive. It creates excitement in the office and contributes to important research and support.
If you are interested in participating next year, check out Macmillan’s website, where you can get a starter pack to host your own Coffee Morning.
