To offer the best possible services, many of our team seek certification and training to help expand and formally verify their abilities.
Recently, to certify his project management skills (focusing on agile methodology), our dedicated Business Analyst, Patrice De Boeck, who works closely with the development department in a project management capacity, achieved a PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Certificate in Agile Project Management. The PRINCE2 Agile scheme provides valuable training and certification; covering key agile techniques such as Scrum, Kanban and Cynefin as well as providing insight into PRINCE2 governance requirements.
Attaining this certificate is a fantastic accomplishment for Patrice that not only contributes to his personal career progression and goals, but also to the credibility of Blue Frontier as an organisation with qualified experts on-hand to manage and deliver agile projects to a professional standard.
Patrice plans to pursue further accreditation to reflect his project management and development expertise by enrolling in more training and certification courses. Patrice's motivation and expertise is hugely admirable and we appreciate his outstanding contribution to the Blue Frontier team and all the hard work that has gone into achieving his new certificate.
