Meet Charlotte
Market Research Manager
Charlotte joined Blue Frontier in 2021 as a digital marketing executive, working primarily on social media and content clients. With previous experience in film and photography, a master’s degree in digital marketing, and a CIM certificate in marketing and brand strategy, Charlotte always thinks strategically about multimedia opportunities and ‘big picture’ outcomes.
Now as our Market Research Manager, Charlotte oversees Blue Frontier’s market research department, taking a lead in gathering market insights and consumer intelligence, producing brand audits and custom market reports, and creating comprehensive strategies across marketing, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives.
Charlotte has built up extensive experience in understanding consumer behaviours and the science behind not just how they act, but why. She also enjoys working on clients in complex B2B sectors, healthcare, and the public sector, finding them both challenging (in the best way) and extremely rewarding.

My favourite thing about Blue Frontier is the people who work here. I find myself endlessly inspired and in admiration of the hard work and expert knowledge that surrounds me every day from people at every level within the company. The company culture and level of collaboration between different teams is also a huge thing I love about Blue Frontier!
My role mostly involves delivering market research projects and managing the market research team. I get to work on a wide range of different clients looking at everything from brand position mapping through to market demand drivers and proposition messaging. I also get to take a lead in establishing new services under our market research umbrella, exploring new methodologies we can adopt and new outputs we can deliver to benefit our clients.
I would love to work on a large digital transformation project for a client that is either animal-related or at the forefront of healthcare innovation. My favourite projects are the ones where my work can have a direct and tangible positive impact on real-world people and communities.
Outside of work, I really enjoy watching and playing rugby. I’m also an avid fantasy reader and read about 50 novels a year on average (I am always available for book recommendations!). I also play dungeons and dragons, and enjoy painting miniature models – at heart, I’m really a massive nerd!
