Meet Hannah

Having studied performing arts, Hannah began her career working in production within the media industry. She then spent 16 years in testing and quality assurance, gradually transitioning into compliance. This varied background has equipped her with strong communication skills and a thorough, detailed approach to compliance and governance. She holds an advanced certification in ISTQB/ISEB Test Management and has extensive experience in ISO standard auditing, including ISO 13485, 27001, 9001, 14971, 62304, and 14001.

As Compliance and Governance Lead, Hannah takes charge of coordinating internal audits for ISMS, QMS, and EMS, ensuring processes run smoothly and that the audit team is well-supported. She works closely with the Technical Director and management board to uphold compliance and governance standards across all business systems, preparing the organisation for audits from certification bodies and customers.

Her responsibilities include overseeing risk management, change control programmes, and ensuring compliance with all documentation. On the certification front, she collaborates with external bodies to secure successful audits and recertifications. In addition, she provides compliance guidance to clients, helping them meet and sustain their regulatory and quality goals.

Hannah is known for her meticulous attention to detail, her dry sense of humour, and her nurturing, maternal approach with colleagues. As one of the more seasoned members of the company, she balances professionalism with a supportive presence, guiding her team with wisdom and wit, fostering both a positive and productive work environment.
