IT Engineer
Jon has worked for 16 years as a provider of IT Managed Services, starting from Service Desk level 1 and working his way up through various roles to become a senior technician. Jon gained his degree from the University of East Anglia, later working through Microsoft Exams to build his knowledge.
As a Senior IT Engineer at Blue Frontier, his role involves fixing as well as designing IT systems and reviewing the security of clients systems.
Jon is a hardworking IT Support professional who takes pride in doing every job properly. His attention to detail, enables him to follow tasks through to completion ensuring issues are resolved the right way. Keeping customers happy is always his priority, aiming to deliver reliable, friendly support every time.

My role as a senior engineer involves working with clients to ensure their systems are kept running smoothly, allowing them to continue their work without worrying if the system will fail. As a senior, I also help onboard new customers and assist them through project work to improve their current systems. I have a strong background in IT Security and have performed security reviews for several of our customers already, with actions implemented in the short time I have been here.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and playing football, I also enjoy building Lego and socialising with friends.
