Luke started Blue Frontier in 2005, along with his business partner James Fry. His career has always revolved around data, including databases, integration and data systems architecture, which remain core areas of his expertise and work. As the development director, Luke oversees project delivery, manages the team and resources, and is responsible for application design.

At Blue Frontier, Luke has developed a unique set of skills and knowledge in integrating point-of-care medical devices with health information systems. His team of specialists are recognised as world-leading experts in this field.
