We’re pleased to announce that Blue Frontier has successfully completed its 2025 external ISO audits, achieving exceptional results across all four certifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
  • ISO 13485:2016 – Medical Devices Quality
  • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management

We are especially proud of our performance in two key areas, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 13485, where we achieved perfect audit outcomes with no nonconformities and no opportunities for improvement.

A testament to operational excellence

Across all four audits, the external auditors raised only four opportunities for improvement and found no nonconformities, a remarkable outcome that reflects the maturity, consistency, and attention to detail embedded across every area of our business.

This result follows the successful implementation of our new ISO document management system, replacing our previous internal system with a platform designed for improved structure, visibility, and compliance.

It also reflects the continued commitment from teams across Blue Frontier to follow and evolve best practices, from completing mandatory training on TalentLMS and BullPhishID, to engaging in internal audits and quality reviews, and proactively reporting incidents via our online system.

Why this matters

Strong audit results are not just a marker of compliance; they demonstrate to our clients, partners, and stakeholders that Blue Frontier is a trusted, capable, and accountable organisation.

Our flawless outcomes in ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 underline the strength of our information security controls and our ability to meet the rigorous demands of regulated sectors, including public sector, healthcare, and MedTech.

Together with the excellent outcomes for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, they reinforce our reputation for delivering quality-driven, secure, and environmentally responsible solutions.

Built on collective effort

This achievement is the result of a collective effort from every part of the business. From our technical team to product owners, and from DevOps to client services, each department played a role in delivering this success.

We’d especially like to thank Hannah Chappell-Cary and the Quality & Compliance team for their leadership and attention to detail throughout the audit preparation and process.

A big thanks and all commensurate credit needs to go to Hannah and our team of auditors (Mike Raisbeck, Jamie Allen, Jenny Fowler, and Issy Wray) for ensuring success this year in delivering audits, and all the other administrative tasks, in a timely and professional fashion.

Well done, and many thanks Hannah and Team for all your hard work in ensuring our continued success in this area.

Looking ahead

We are proud of this milestone, but even more motivated by what comes next. Continuous improvement is a core part of our culture, and we will continue to evolve and strengthen our systems, processes, and partnerships.

Together, we’ve set a high standard. Now it’s time to build on it even further.
