Recently, colleagues from across Blue Frontier came together at Everyman Cinema in Salisbury for the Blue Frontier Summer Conference 2026. Following our first company conference earlier this year, the event provided another valuable opportunity for everyone to reconnect with their colleagues and gain a deeper understanding of the direction we are heading as a business.

The afternoon centred around a presentation exploring Blue Frontier’s vision for the future and the steps we can take to continue developing as a forward-thinking digital partner.
The session provided an opportunity to reflect on where we are today, celebrate the progress we have made, and discuss how we can continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients.
A key theme throughout the presentation was the importance of truly understanding our clients, listening to their challenges, goals, and ambitions, so we can continue providing solutions that create genuine value.

Connecting as a Team
Following the conference, everyone came together for an evening meal at Cosy Club Salisbury, providing the perfect opportunity to continue conversations in a more relaxed setting.
The evening was about connection, giving colleagues the chance to catch up, exchange experiences, and spend time together outside of their usual teams.
As Blue Frontier continues to grow, creating opportunities for our people to connect remains incredibly valuable. Strong relationships and collaboration are what allow us to work effectively together and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
