Welcome 2022’s New Starters!

We are proud to say that the Blue Frontier family continues to grow this year! We have recently welcomed some new starters and there will be more newcomers joining us in the coming months. We are excited to work with these talented individuals and are impressed by how quickly they have integrated into the team. Blue Frontier is growing rapidly and we now have over 90 employees within the company!

Here’s an introduction to all of our new team members.

Verity Payne, Project Manager

‘The challenge in my role is to keep all the plates spinning!’

Before joining Blue Frontier, Verity was working as a Project Manager at another agency, where she looked after clients such as Epson, Thomson, Reuters and PayPal Giving Fund.

Verity’s role is very varied. Some days, she’ll have client meetings to kick off projects or discuss feedback and updates. On other days, she’ll be liaising with the Design, Development and Testing teams, writing documentation, planning projects and reviewing progress.

Outside of work, Verity is into fitness; enjoying yoga and lifting weights. She is going to her first yoga retreat this year! Verity also has a sleepy dog called Tilly, who only wakes up when her stomach tells her it’s food time!

Verity’s greatest achievement is one of her largest projects to date, which was getting a microsite translated into 37 languages for Epson!

Charles Sinclair-Sanders, Paid Advertising Executive

‘My greatest achievement was being in the A/W Mini Boden catalogue in 2006!’

Before working at Blue Frontier, Charles was working at a commercial, national and regional news publisher as a Digital Marketing Executive. This involved predominantly paid social advertising focusing on Facebook and Instagram for a variety of diverse clients.

Charles currently supports the Digital Marketing team as a Paid Advertising Executive. This involves the planning, maintenance and creation of paid advertising strategies. Currently, he works on social advertising campaigns and PPC campaigns for clients throughout numerous industries.

Outside of work, Charles loves travelling, trying different foods and being a bit of a film and music nerd - Lord of the Rings is his favourite. He also enjoys being outdoorsy and is a bit of a skateboard enthusiast.

Olivia Fry, Digital Marketing Executive

‘No day ever looks the same!’

Before joining Blue Frontier, Olivia worked for a marketing company in a Business Development position. Her background is predominantly in sales within the marketing industry.

Olivia’s day-to-day role consists of picking up tasks from all areas of the department in order to learn and develop skills in every aspect of the role. It can range from dealing with SEO clients to assisting the videography department when needed.

In her spare time, Olivia likes to go to Zumba and dance classes as much as possible. She also spends a lot of time baking, although it normally gets eaten before she can enjoy any!
