We are extremely proud to announce that Blue Frontier is a finalist in the High Growth Tech Business category, for the South Coast Tech Awards 2020. It is now up to the judges to examine the reasons for our growth, and our ability to continue on this trajectory in the years to come.
Blue Frontier has experienced significant growth over the last two years. Since 2018, we have more than doubled the services we offer to our clients, allowing us to now deliver full end-to-end technical support. We have opened two new offices within two years, one in Southampton and another in Bristol, and have continued to recruit new employees, even during the lockdown period.
One area in particular that we have excelled in over the past two years is Cyber Security. We have evolved from a proof-of-concept idea to a fully functioning, financially profitable, CREST-accredited (Penetration Testing) company in under 12 months. This proves that our business not only has the appetite and acumen for accelerated growth but also that we have the multifaceted skillset and creative ability required to meet complex challenges. Based on this exciting and fast-paced business growth, we decided to participate in the South Coast Tech awards and we are over the moon to be have been announced as one of the three finalists.
On the 7th of October, The South Coast Tech Awards 2020 will be staged by The Business Magazine, as a virtual event. Due to the COVID-19 uncertainty, the awards will take place online, something our tech team are very excited about, given their love for all things digital.
The event will be hosted by TV presenter Spencer Kelly, from a studio in Southampton. Spencer is a respected technology reporter and computer scientist who has been in the business for over 20 years, travelling all over the world reporting on the latest life-changing devices. From futuristic reporting on walking robots in South Korea to the only computer in an Indian village, his life-long love affair with digital is both highly admirable and inspirational.
